Skate 4 remake and Dead Space remake
EA recently confirmed that a Skate sequel was in development. The publisher has not yet provided a release date but stated that the game was "very early". There's no gameplay footage available yet, as the company is still building its development team. We don't know much about the skaters or music. Let's just hope all the hype is worth it when it releases later this summer.
Skate 4 has been rumored to have begun development
According to reports, the next installment of the Skate franchise could be in development. EA confirmed that the game was in development but did not reveal the title nor show any gameplay footage. Considering the time involved in making a game of this nature, it is expected to take at least a year before it hits the retail market. EA has now opened applications for the Skate team development team. However, the game is still years away from release.
Dead Space remake will be released in 2020
EA will remake Dead Space's first game in more than five years. Visceral Games, which was responsible for the original Dead Space game, shut down in 2017. Dead Space Remastered is the first time the same team has been responsible for the sequel. EA Motive is the team behind Dead Space Remastered. They promise to keep the original Dead Space game as authentic as possible, while adding a new perspective to the horror-themed video game.
